Founder Story

We Looked for This Room. We Couldn't Find It. So We Built It.

Jools Raye is an ICF-accredited coach, host of the Bold Moves podcast, and founder of a coaching practice built for professional women redesigning the lives they've quietly outgrown. She's sat with hundreds of high-achieving women and heard the same thing beneath all of it: I need to be around people who genuinely get this.

Chantal is an award-winning photographer whose work captures women at their most themselves. Years spent in rooms full of extraordinary people taught her the same lesson, again and again - the most transformative moments rarely happen in the formal parts of the day. They happen in the space between.

Together, they went looking for the gathering they needed. Depth without intensity. Connection without performance. A room where you could say the true thing and be met with recognition, not advice.

They didn't find it. So they built it.

Wild Sisters wasn't built to fill a market gap. It was built to fill a very specific, personal need. If you're reading this and recognising yourself in it - that's not an accident.

The first gathering is capped at 20 founding members - because real connection needs a room small enough that everyone knows your name by the end of the day.

These founding 20 will shape what Wild Sisters becomes: the themes, the conversations, the direction. Founding members receive priority access to future gatherings and a founding member rate.
